Moving 2 objects at the same time is fun idea. I find out that easiest way to play is just moving character and try to attract zombies to the unmoving syringe. I felt the game was little bit too difficult for me to play longer. Graphics are cool and zombies are cutecreepy ^^ Music fits to theme well. If the player character moved faster, it could balance the gameplay. Moving the syringe is quite hardcore. Overall, interesting and fun game, nice job :)
