Nice idea with the different forms. I liked how it was a clear progression, and there were clearly places that you'd be able to go later (foreshadowing).

Snail got stuck quite a lot, could use a smaller hitbox.

Some of the forms were seemingly unnecessary -- I spent a while trying to use the butterfly to fly around but couldn't seem to do so. I was hoping one of them would be able to walk on spikes or something similar.

When I fell off the level on some (all?) screens, it didn't respawn me so I had to refresh the tab.

Thank you for the feedback! I wanted to add more abilities but just didn't have enough time to do it and as a result some forms do not do anything. 

And yes, at some levels I forgot to add collider at the bottom of the level. Couple of level have collider at the bottom of the level and when you hit it you would respawn at the beginning of the screen.

I also forgot to add in the description that you can click R to respawn at the beginning of each screen.

That's like a pokemon: not every singgle shape is needet to complete the game, but if you want, you can catch 'em all
