Hey this was pretty awesome! The intro screen is very nice. The controls explanation menu is also incredibly nice too, definitely preferred to play this with a gamepad controller! :)

The music was pretty awesome and jazzy in the first level! Pretty nice addition to the endless runner mechanic to add combat, I was surprised when the lasergun dropped and enemies started appearing! The 3D models, animations, and visual effects on all the 3D art was very nice! Very smooth animations. I dig the 3D space environment and the planets / stars in the background. Great work on the polish for a 3 day game jam! I  was especially interested when the 2nd level started, the boss fight was actually a lot of fun! I definitely got old school Playstation 3D platformer vibes from the 2nd level. :)  I'm not sure if it matters but I just want to mention that I didn't use the dash feature at all, the character outran the monster chasing him in the 1st level and the obstacles in the 2nd level don't make it an ideal tactic to dash. It was especially satisfying to jump over the boss lasers and obstacles though! Overall though, Pretty awesome game!

Thanks for your review Forever AFK. Yeah we're a lot satified about the result too (even though we kept on working on it a little bit more after the 3-day deadline).

Yeah the dash mechanic has to be improved: you have some i-frames (but they're probably to balance as well) while you're into it so you can save yourself from a possible hit and also is useful for the charge attack of the boss to help you backpedaling faster to the safe position. Apart from that is pretty much useless.

I'm really glad you enjoyed it overall. Hope you will enjoy as well the next additions we're working on: in general we're improving the whole feedback of what happens in-game with more animations, particles, sounds and stuff like that; we also would like to add a little score system like in old arcade games.

Thanks a lot for your time and keep following for more 😉

Hey there, thank you for your feedback! We really appreciate that you found the time to play the game and to come to us and tell us what you thought about it. We are also pleased that you liked our work, we had fun developing it and it's always a big plus when someone likes it! For sure there are many things that could be improved, we are also still making a couple of adjustments to make it even better!
I'm going to play yours in the coming days. Thanks again!
