While I like the direction the game is going, one of the biggest problems for me is the art that is in game, it just doesn't look that good, and as much as it pains me to say, almost hidious which makes it very hard to get into things. I would strongly suggest either changing, updating or even replacing it before you get to far along so that you won't have as much to change later on.

Some of the other characters could use a redraw, but I actually quite like the Theresa art.  Anyway, given how quickly development is going, it might make sense to keep the momentum until it's completed and then direct Patreon money into some sort of remaster while developing a hypothetical future game.

There are definitely pieces of art that I'm not satisfied with and plan to clean up as I go along. I'll be doing that gradually, so that I can balance the effort that requires with the time I spend on new writing and programming. I'm definitely keeping in mind what I can do to make sure I don't make redoing art even more work than it needs to be.

One thing that's not likely to change is the basic style of the art; it's always going to be simple and cartoony, but hopefully it'll be less distracting for some players as my skills improve.
