in a neutral ending he quits becuase school knows about their relationship.
The bad ending is him going to psychiatric hospital (i am bad at english as well) and breaking up with you due to not telling him you love him.
Actually, quitting is the good ending. Neutral ending is him putting your relationship on hold.Bad ending is him just breaking up with you.
