I forgot to say when I posted, but I actually couldn't clear the Neighborhood level, even when running with diagonal keys since you go faster when doing that. Is it actually beatable, I always seem to run out of time on it.
yeah it is possible its kinda hard though. i might release an update to fix some bugs and increase the time limit on that level
