As for the pieces of the painting: each room has a wall with a frame in the middle of it. Interact with the middle part of the frame to put the picture on the wall. Do this in each of the 3 rooms, and you win!
I misread the deadline for submission, so I uploaded an unpolished version of the game. I will be publishing a more-complete version next week, in case you're interested in seeing what I had originally envisioned. 🙂
