It is possible to do it with the Client Info Creation Feature, but you might have to heavily modify/patch and use a bunch of online scripts for it. If you are desperate and can't make a 2013 client or find one that works, there are premade ones on the discord for discontinued novetuslabs ones in #downloads, but I cannot provide them for you because I have left the discord and promised myself I'd never come back there.
