I didn't get to the part where I set the letters and make everything a bit clearer.

rRNA and mRNA molecules talk to each other through bases labeled A (adenine) G (guanine) U (uracil) and C (cytosine) - it's been called the language of proteins as it helps our cells create proteins. The letters are represented by colors in game. I tried to make the game work as the biological process does. The tRNA (top) even has a "stop" command for the mRNA (bottom) in real life, hence my red dot on the right. It could turn out to be a nice little educational game.

my apologies for not realizing what type of language you would've used, i failed all pretty much all my sciences, so i wasn't too clear on it, and ye this would work extremely well as an educational game, since it is fun to play.
