Ah yeah, terribly sorry but this is a known issues. It can be "fixed" by scaling or moving a block with the texture on it, that should fix them all. It's due to the automatic UV mapping that doesn't get applied when loading a model, I want to completely overhaul it at some point.

Yep that's sorted it out. A bit of a pain but only really takes more than a moment for larger things. Thanks for the quick reply!
