Does this work with an Oculus headset? I have a Quest and Link cable, and SteamVR runs fine on it.

Hmm, I tried to open it and it refused, saying that "The code execution cannot proceed because UnityPlayer.dll was not found." Not sure what that means, but the program won't run.

The dll Error can Happen, if you Extract only the exe.
Your Installation Location should look something like this
