Purchased plugins are still paid assets and cannot be submitted in the source code of your entry.
Some assets, like Gaia, can be safely deleted out of the project after the terrain creation is done. This is because Gaia creates a standard Unity terrain. If you use tools, you may use them but be sure to delete them out of your submitted source code when submitting your entry.
