The only thing you get form rinny this update is the drainkiss and cock growing spell.

You get it from rinny, but there is something you need to do so you know how to answer her question. I am shure that you need to do the part with the manor, and then... Idk, but i know that there is something else. I know i did it the first time i played, but in my second playthrough, i did not have the answer.

To let her teach you magic she says you have to know the dangers of using magic, and you get the answer from one of the succubus in the library, just talk to all of them, you should get the answer and then you should get the option to answer Rinnys question correctly
