Short and sweet!
The 1-bit pixel style is very good looking, and I liked the way the platforms are just a subtle but still well readable outline - I could still tell where the walls were and stuff. The soft and wavy ghost animation was also good.
I did somehow manage to jump over the house at the beginning of the game, only to fall into the void to find out I wasn't supposed to go there. Good thing for death planes!
Also took me a couple moments to figure out the chest-like things were trampolines, but after that it was smooth sailing. Wasn't too difficult, but I still had fun long-jumping between platforms.
I like that there were upgrades implemented, as after you collect the hat and headphones you can move faster and jump higher. Made it feel like a more complete game. I also like how it gives the ghost some character. After they find the headphones, it moves faster, like listening to music makes them more energetic!
One thing to note, the two times the dialogue box popped up, for some reason the text doesn't start right away. I thought it was broken, but it was jump waiting for my input to start. Wouldn't it be better to just start printing the dialogue text right as the dialogue is triggered?
Beside that, it's a solid entry to the Jam!
