That was great, congrats! I hadn't scrolled down this page to see the screenshots, so the introduction of the longer cutters elicited a genuine lol :-)
I think I may have got an unintended solution for level 10 (or at least, I thought the level was going to require a more balletic approach with the cutters after discovering I could rotate multiple cutters at once):
