Like I said, I was playing on Linux through Wine, and that’s not officially supported by Unity (though it works fine most of the time).
What you could do is export a native Linux version of the game, Unity makes it really easy. You just need to install a Linux module (see here), choose it in Build Settings and smash that “Build” button like you normally do. Linux people really love when developers do that. :-)
