Do you mean the Support This Game button is enabled but nobody donated yet? Or that you received some donations but couldn't claim your money? And next time please start a new topic. I could have missed your post.
Actually yes, you should make a new topic if you have a new question. And that's been my experience too: people never donate to web games. Try adding a downloadable version as well, a lot of people have trouble playing in the browser anyway.
