So, I have received some donations from my game, my payout mode was collect from itch.io. But when I go to Initiate a new payout , It says , "You don't have any payments available for payout" Although the payment is still shown. how do I receive the payment, and also if I change my payout mode from itch.io to direct, does my payment get lost?

When did you receive the donations? You have to wait for a week before claiming the money.

Oh! I didnt know, its not been a week yet. btw if I change my method to direct now, will that payment vanish? or do I still get that?

Do you mean the Support This Game button is enabled but nobody donated yet? Or that you received some donations but couldn't claim your money? And next time please start a new topic. I could have missed your post.

its people willingness if they wanna donate maybe coz my game is webgl

Actually yes, you should make a new topic if you have a new question. And that's been my experience too: people never donate to web games. Try adding a downloadable version as well, a lot of people have trouble playing in the browser anyway.
