I'm wondering if there is some kind of frame rate -> animation issue. I SOMETIMES get this error from other people but it only pops up rarely. Pops up enough I want to fix it though! Would you be willing to try a quick debug build I put together to see if it can identify the error?
Heres a test build, see how reloading and attacking works here. If there is an error it'll pop up a message. https://www.dropbox.com/s/ppn3x3xdl2s1ebl/Duster%20Test.zip?dl=0
Hello again, I've tried it, but no error message shows up. I've recorded some of the gameplay to show the bugs more clearly.

If you have no time to watch the gameplay, basically, the conclusion is that little is different. The gun works but stops the player from moving after one shot. Enemy and player is melee is still slower than intended on almost any weapon.
It should be mentioned that throughout all this my fps was at 60 constantly, I tracked it using a fraps overlay which sadly isn't visible on screen due to the way my recording software was set up.
Ok so I have created the ultimate debug build and it's going to be annoying as heck - but if you could record this when firing your gun, when using a melee weapon, and then when the enemies are attacking I can use/pause footage to see the message. https://www.dropbox.com/s/ell7e3yx263p6h9/Super%20debug%20duster%20build.zip?dl=...

There seems to something going on with timers taking much longer than they should... You'd probably recognize the issue right away haha. I really hope this helps!
So this seems to be a bug in international settings from what I can tell - for example the cooldown of the revolver is 0.53f, but your computer is making it 53.0! At least now I know what the bug is, and it is fixable. On the off hand that its an easy fix, would you mind trying this build and seeing if it works for you? No need for recording. https://www.dropbox.com/s/gya2v2ypd1f3a39/Duster%20INTtest.zip?dl=0
