I have been enjoying using Jams for trying new features. If you want to work on movement, you could incorporate that right into your next jam as your main focus! Last Jam I did (LD46), I was playing around with mouse controls and physics. This jam, I was focusing on dialog boxes (something I hadn't done before), animations (only got one done for player movement), and general practice with my art skills. You already had a lot of nice helpful features (the save points and helper block). You did very well, overall!

Thanks for the nice words, although this was my first game jam I'd made 100s of unfinished demos so I wanted to try something I've never done before so I tried making my first interactive story, I hope I'll get to see more of your games in the future :)

You did great! Its also nice to get a finished piece of work out there. It might not have all the features in the world, but its finished, and you did it!
