Awesome game! It's a great survival game that forces you to uncover new strategies and prioritize stamina in order to make it out alive!

I liked the ability to pick up more circles and having the camera scroll out as my mob got bigger and bigger. Despite reading the directions, I still didnt realize I needed to press Start to have the enemies start coming until I was up to like... difficulty 17. Guess I was too focused on collecting guys. The music is a little repetitive but entertaining. It would be fun to see a version of this where you need to defend from enemies coming in while you pick up more guys, that would keep the suspense going as you have to try to prioritize getting stronger vs taking out enemies. Overall, this was a great use of theme!

Very interesting concept. I'd love to see more interaction types if you were to continue development on this. Different sliders, or pathing avoiding certain obstacles when connecting the nodes together. Liked the music and graphic vibe. Nice job!

I just checked out your game and rated! If you could rate mine, I'd appreciate it! https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-5/rate/928826

Very interesting concept to need to hold a specific amount of things to unlock the door. I was finding myself getting stuck trying to move multiple objects through a doorway, and then getting stuck after I moved through it and having to restart. The audio and graphics were nice. I was a little confused about what some of the objects were that I was picking up (the one that looked like a box). Overall, it was a fun puzzler. Nice job!

We'd definitely work on controls a bit (I found clicking was more usable than right shift to attack, which we forgot to mention). Oddly enough, I agree about the dwarves, but after a while, I kind of liked the contrast, so I ended up never coming back to it. Thank you for the suggestions and checking out our game!

Rated! Here is the link to my game: https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-5/rate/928826

The throwing ants was hilarious. Very interesting mechanic, especially with the double jump. This game would be great with a 'bullet mode' type slowdown so you can aim a little easier. Some indication where you should be jumping to in a mini map or something would be helpful too! Overall, the game was a lot of fun.

Also tried to play it alone.. so Im not sure how far I got in several tries, but I hope I was close to the ending. I wish there was a single player mode where maybe one panel is frozen and would randomly swap back and forth at pseudo random intervals to try and make your brain jump back and forth between the different controls. The game plot was funny and unique and I really enjoyed the graphics. Some music would have definitely added to the experience. Overall, I really enjoyed it even though I was struggling to do both parts myself. Nice work!

The overall game was filled with juice! Awesome sounds, and music and very creative game play. I found it pretty tricky to maneuver the magnets and felt like they should have been able to go through each other. It was also a little hard to tell which magnet was selected, even though there was a thicker outline. For the controls, I think I would have preferred keyboard keys vs needing to click on the magnets/magnet strength button. Like Q to switch magnets, and E or F to activate them or something. I saw pause was bound to spacebar, but couldn't tell if there was a different key for the magnet strength. The game was great and well polished for such a short time frame. Great job!

Thanks for your persistence through the ambiguity between civilians and usable characters and thoughtful feedback! Glad you enjoyed it!

Thanks for checking it out and for the nice remarks!

Thank you for the comment. We ran out of time to add more enemies and traps/spikes, so I definitely agree with you. And the music was just one small loop that was made; neither of us are very skilled in music yet. Thanks for playing!

I really appreciate your comments about the graphics. I am certainly not confident in my art skills, so to hear that someone else liked the art means a ton!

I agree. We wanted to make sure all playable dwarves were alive at the end of each level, however, we didnt get to add any spikes or things that could harm you other than the goblins, so it certainly made the trip to the door a bit unnecessary. Thanks for playing!

Pretty difficult but great music and interesting choice of 'main character' for the theme. I agree that the sliding was difficult, but Im sure if I kept playing, it'd get easier to use. Nice job!

Checking yours out now. Mine is located here: https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-5/rate/928826

Nice game that really emphasizes the theme. I liked the graphics, and music and gameplay. Got half my crowd taken out really quickly and it made the game difficult once that happened.

Fun running around slashing up skeletons! Loved the music and 3d game! I may have been stun locking skeletons by spamming slash. Not sure if I was just lucky or what.

Ill check out your game. Here's mine as well! https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-5/rate/928826

Quirky but fun music. Nice shooting mechanic, and enemy pathing. Wasn't very clear where I should be running, or if something might be near, so some indicator of that could have been nice (would be a nice addition if you decide to keep working on this). Mini map, sound indicator, or something.

Checking yours out right now! Here's a link to mine! https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-5/rate/928826

Checked your game out!

Very interesting concept combining with yourself to gain more abilities and have the controls affect both parts of you. Nice catchy music and good overall finish!

Nice start with the graphics and the talking sound. I didn't hear any music. Basic mechanics but a great start to a RPG type game. Nice job!

Very sharp looking graphics! The controls could be a little tighter. The melon sliding around was hard to deal with. Overall, its a great start!

Ok, cool. Yeah, if we were to continue development on this, we would definitely provide more indication and probably tweak the civilian dwarf sprite to be more obvious, and/or have them disappear after a certain amount of time. Thanks for checking out the game!

Loved the nice bouncy happy music, great art and general vibe. The game was fun and the right level of challenging for me. You came up with some great levels despite only having a single main mechanic (jumping). Simple and fun!

Awesome graphics, music and theme usage! Fun creative puzzles.

I really liked the calm flowy music to go with the challenging game. Graphics were simple but displayed exactly what they needed to in a clear manner. Theme was on point!

*Slight Spoilers* I would like to hear more about this if you would reply. Did you make it to level 3? The dwarves from level 1 and 2 are only citizen dwarves who you can't switch to. The first dwarf you can switch to is in Level 3. Switching is Spacebar. If this resolves it, awesome! If not, you might have uncovered a bug.

Thanks for the great comment and feedback. If we were to continue developing this, we'd definitely add pop up indicators that would tell you what button to press. We ran out of time for more enemies and other things that could make the game more difficult (spikes or traps ect). Glad you enjoyed it!

Thank you for dropping by!
