Can you try reinstalling it? I've just confirmed the download runs fine on Windows 10.

If that doesn't work try installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redist Package:
32-bit version: http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=5555
64-bit version: http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=14632

Ok it works after i closed unity editor even though i didn't install anything
