This sound more like an issue outside of the game but I can try and help. What operating system and browser are you using?
Some possibilities:
- On macOS, safari will automatically extract the game when it is done downloading, so the zip will be removed and you will be left with just the app.
- Anit-virus on Windows can be a little over cautious at times. If you are running any, check to see if it has quarantined the file or reported anything.
- Have you had similar issues with other games form the bundle or itch in general?
- Have you tries using the itch.io app? It's will handle downloading of the game for you and might be a simpler workaround to getting the game running.
