I've decided to try using a standard format for all my feedback this time around. Please excuse me if I come across as overly curt or miss something important about your game. I'm writing these all quite hastily as there are a lot of games in the jam this year!
What I liked
Platforming controls/physics/gameplay is really solid.
The mixture of MSPaint and what I'm pretty sure is an example sprite is bad without being painful to look at.
What I didn't like
It's kind of tedious and boring.
The intro is not skippable, at least as far as I can tell.
Did I think it was so bad it was good?
No. While there are elements of good and elements of bad, overall the game is just... okay. It's kind of ugly, and kind of tedious, but the gameplay is mostly okay, and it's not horrendous or strange in any way.

Other remarks
Judging by the splash screen this is built on a truly ancient version of Unity.
I have mixed feelings about the ad at the beginning of the game. Nobody likes ads yet at the same time it's just the kind of thing you'd see in a so bad it's good game.
Verdict
A solid effort, but falls into the mediocrity gap.
