I'm running the Linux build on Ubuntu, but the opening menu seems entirely unresponsive.  The little claw shaped cursor moves around, but clicking does nothing.  No intuitive keys do anything for me.  Should clicking on the presented options do something?

There were no error messages presented, the console gave this:

Set current directory to /home/jacob/Downloads/itch.io/temp/U.F.O - Unfortunately Fortunate Organisms Linux

Preloaded 'libsteam_api.so'
Player data archive not found at `/home/jacob/Downloads/itch.io/temp/U.F.O - Unfortunately Fortunate Organisms Linux/UnfortunatelyFortunateOrganisms_Data/data.unity3d`, using local filesystem

All of which looks perfectly normal to me.  Any idea?

I have the same problem, and a pretty similar console report (different paths for my own filesystem, no preload of "ScreenSelector.so"). I'm running Debian 12.

Clicking does something at least for me --- it animates the claw closing. But it doesn't have any apparent effect when clicking on the menu items.
