You create a new topic from the... wait for it... big red button saying New Topic at the top of each category. And if you mean this Herculion, their creator profile mentions a Twitter account and an official website which... wait for it... has a big fat link in the header labeled Contact Us / Support (it leads to a third-party service). Is that the support site you mentioned?
Of course, it's fine to also ask right here in the community, in case other people played the game and learned how to fix its problems. But help us help you:
- start a new topic, with a good title and preferably in the right category;
- say which game it is and link to it if you can so we don't have to search and guess;
- explain what problem you have!
