Has Support Been Slow Lately?

Apologies for having to ask here, but I haven't heard from the helpdesk from itch.io in ... 40 days.

I know it's a difficult time. I'm just worried whether they got the message or not. I have been sending follow up emails every other day.

I've received a similar reply over two months ago of support losing access to their help desk and wondering if it happened again.

Not to my knowledge, but support requests can also be lost along the way. You know what e-mail is like. I'll ask an admin.

Hello. Thanks for the help. Still no reply even now. We're worried we'll have to stop sales for now until this gets resolved

Hi, I'm new to think online community thing and I didn't know how else to reach you, sorry if this is rude. I've been having major issues with my game and yes I went onto the support site and made sure my drivers were up to date etc etc. I've had this game since Feb and if anyone could reach out to me that would be awesome.

Thanks and sorry again if this was a rude way of reaching out

Never mind rude. Replying to someone else's post in an unrelated topic is a good way to have it go unnoticed. Next time please start a new topic. What support site would that be? Did you ask the game's creator? Because we can't provide support for specific games.

Well Herculion is the game creator and  I have no idea how to create a new topic either, I just made this account to get this message across. If you could contact Herculion on my behalf or point me to where I can do it myself that would be a huge help

You create a new topic from the... wait for it... big red button saying New Topic at the top of each category. And if you mean this Herculion, their creator profile mentions a Twitter account and an official website which... wait for it... has a big fat link in the header labeled Contact Us / Support (it leads to a third-party service). Is that the support site you mentioned?

Of course, it's fine to also ask right here in the community, in case other people played the game and learned how to fix its problems. But help us help you:

  1. start a new topic, with a good title and preferably in the right category;
  2. say which game it is and link to it if you can so we don't have to search and guess;
  3. explain what problem you have!

Hope this helps. Thanks for not wasting our time.
