Hello, I am trying to get a steam key. But it keeps saying: There are no keys available at this time, try again later

I wonder if there this can be fixed.. thanks in advance

We actually were surprised by the response to the bundle! Reach out to us via the email link. The sale completely exhausted our planned allotment but we will see what we can do!

*edit: We added the remaining keys we have and have requested more, but once they are gone we will probably disable keys until we have a new batch to upload.

We've put in a request for more keys, in the meantime we've uploaded the rest of what we have - Steam takes a couple days to approve key requests and we want to be sure we have enough keys before we offer them. :)

I'm reassured to see that you're taking care of the problem. Last time I had this same problem happening the dev told me that I had to contact itchio support which never answered and I finally got my key 3 months later as the dev didn't get any answer from the support either.

Sorry to hear this--someone else reported a similar issue with all games but ours the other day, and when we investigated on a personal account we could not reproduce it. I would contact Itch support as this is an issue that is outside of our control.

We made sure there are keys available,  we're not sure why you can't get any right now. We're so sorry for the trouble, but it doesn't seem that there's much more we can do at this point. :( Itch needs to get back with you!
