Cool visuals, however it feels unreactable and overly punishing with everything but movement hurting you. I feel like standing still or slowing down time shouldn't take health away, maybe the slowing down time mechanic could be a collectable resource you gain from moving around. Like If you don't want the player stand still then add an incentive to move not a disincentive.    

Thank you for your feedback. I'll definitely improve the game post-jam and modify some game mechanics.
