I think you might consider adding the mechanics that force players to change their choices between card/rule (so that nobody will always pick the same one). But overall, the game is really interesting fro 48 hours. With some sound design and polishes, it can become a really enjoyable game, especially for mobile devices. The art is pleasing too. Great game!
