I'm sorry to hear that it's not working for you. Downloading the build seems to work for me.Be sure you're extracting the folder from the .zip file and then running the .exe file.Otherwise I'm not sure what else the problem might be.
I'm pretty sure the problem's on my end then. I'll see if I can get it running from a clean virtual machine
