This is a great concept, and I could see it being super popular on a mobile device! But I had some problems playing it on WebGL, as my mouse cursor would fluctuate between staying in the game and going offscreen while aiming for rings near the screen's edge. 

I'd love to see how you'd use more time to improve the game's sound and aesthetics in the future. Really great work though, I had a lot of fun! Got a 25.89 on the first level (on a trackpad, no less!), and couldn't beat the second level due to the mouse cursor issue.
