Were they defeated in battle and did not spawn again in the next battle? Do you have the most recent versio 20.07.19?
Else, you can also select what squads should go or not go into battle on the overview screen of the vanguard forces. Maybe you de-selected them on that screen and thus they don't come into battle anymore.

Everyone in my team is in battle mode and I don't think they are defeated, maximum 2 people including renewals have been defeated and how do I solve the latest versio

Normally they revive after a battle. There was a bug in a previous version, where this did not happen. That's why, if you're playing an older version, you should update to fix the problem.
