You wait for the redder bubbles to appear and then click on her tummy. Keep doing that and the numbers will go up. Keep doing that and you'll successfully stop her from going into sudden labour!
I just tried it, and the file does work, so perhaps you need to click at the right time.
Every time I get to the second set of bubbles, she says the thing. bends down, but she doesn't get back up and it stays there. Am I supposed to do something else?
