I think you have the framework for a really cool concept here and I'd love to see you expand on it! The artstyle is really cool and I'd love to see more assets in the game. I especially like how the paint comes out when you hold the mouse down. However, I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do when I initially started the game. Also, the final part of swiping the water towards the cloud was not really working all that well. Still, I think if you really gave this project more time I can see this being a good game. Keep up the good work!
