I don't think the bundle has been made, I haven't gotten any notifications.

Check it again it it is a co-op bundle and it says it is waiting for your confirmation.

I don't have any notifications, I've been in a bundle before and they have to send you a confirmation link. I think you can just send the link to the bundle page.
