Nice game!
I think you should make player hit box a bit smaller. There was some situations where it was a bit unfair. And if you get stuck between wall and moving spike you get killed easily. It would be better if you'd also make player invulnerable a bit longer after taking hit and disable player collider also. I think you should move camera out a bit. Currently you are restricting players view a bit too much in my opinion.
Overall I liked the game was fun to play and music fit well with the game.
