Very nice! I really loved it. I tried to make a tile-based puzzle game, too, but yours is so much better. I loved everything: the graphics really fit, the minimalistic art style and gentle music really contributed to the feel of the game; the game is a perfect lenght; the main mechanic of the game is simple and yet presents a lot of depth; and finally, the puzzle design is really on point.

I think the puzzle design really is the strong suit of the game. The difficulty curve is basically perfect, and each level made me think about which would be my next moves.

I think that the levels with 3 or 5 inputs being recorded were the easiest, as you can basically have only one input actually matter by walking back and forth to nullify two or four of the inputs. But this is not a problem; it would be perfect for a few easy levels in the beginning of a full game.

Really good job. Well done. One of my favourites from this jam for sure!

I'm glad you liked it!
The odd numbered steps levels are intended to have the one step forward effect, as I thought it made a nice tool for the player to learn and apply later. Unfortunately there's at least one level I didn't balance quite right and you can completely skip the intended path with it so it's definitley something I need to be careful with.
