Sorry, I seem to be unable to play.

After I installed and unzipped the folder, I tried to open "Reverse Engineer (Release)", but the game crashes every time before it fully opens. I tried to install what was in "troubleshooting" as well, but the results didn't change. Am I doing this right?

From what you say, I think you are doing it right. Something that you could also try is this. Otherwhise, I am unsure as to what the cause for this is, but it could also be to do with hardware or drivers. Either way, we are very sorry for the inconvenience, but thanks regardless.
