Congrats for your submit! The concept is very cool and the pixel art is fine!

If I may, I would advise some features:

A return to title screen button on the game over screen?
Maybe put the accelerate button on the up arrow instead of the down arrow (as it is already used for another function)?

Both great additions, and we consciously made the decision to design with only one "action" button, mostly to see how terrible the logic would be to code it. It was definitely annoying for both us as coders, and more importantly, it seemed confusing for the player lol. We would definitely use your advice in the future.
