Really cool game :)
I admit, I haven't finished it yet because of how tight some jumps were. Controls and movement feel good. Graphics and sounds are proper. The obstacles are precise and demanding, but not "bullshit level" of precise.
Very cool for 8 hours. If you can squeeze in a bit more work into the game, adding checkpoints would be a great help I think :D
Hey! Thanks mate! Despite making gane from start of game jam, I decided to drop everything I had and I started from scratch 8 hours before deadline. My previous idea was about mixing Terraria movement and fighting with Ghosts’n’goblins difficulty. Today I just tried to make ghosts’n’goblins like game but with jumping and running difficulty. Overall I’m happy with results. Game lacks polish but it’s playable and not absurdly unplayable.
Fun facts: I started making enemies and levels 2 hours before so that’s the reason they are unbalanced sometimes. I beat my own level an hour after publishing game. I’m not surprised you haven’t beat it yet. XDD
