wait, if it has to be an exe, does that mean roblox games won't work? 'cause you need to go to the roblox website, make an account and then download the roblox player to use it.

They specified roblox studio as something not allowed

you can't with scratch, not logistically porting the files 

i think converters exist, so they can use that.

I used to use scratch a long time ago, I think through some shady applications  or Compiling the javascript part of the program yourself would get you an exe file or just post a link to the jam page as once a scratch project is made on the browser, the project link can be sent
