Unfortunately at the current moment there is no proper way to transfer the save files from Mobile to PC or opposite.
We are looking into ways to resolve this issue.
Also regarding the progression on 0-3 Deployment, currently it is designed to be a slightly difficult stage. In the battle before you reach the Boss, you will have to heal at least once, and when you reach the boss you will have to use all cards which would maximize your damage.
We apologize for our misunderstanding. We have been able to successfully reproduce the presented issue and we are looking into ways to fix it.
There is currently a workaround for this issue, where if you create a folder named “www” containing another folder named “save” in the directory where you have downloaded the game, you will be able to save the sessions normally.
