I would really like a proximity based voice chat system. It would add a lot of depth into the game and allow for much more complex gameplay. This should probably be an option when you create a game though, because many people might not have mics. It would also be nice for VC during meetings.

I feel like that would take away from the charm of the game. Games where there's voice chat normally get toxic really fast, and it's harder to stop bad language and harassment when it's via voice - loud and angry people end up dominating, and sometimes literally drowning out the others.
