Does anyone here know the odds of obtaining the smoking panther event at the park? Or if there is a requirement for the event to begin? (I have looked at the wiki saying that there are no requirements but I am just making sure)
Edit: I am asking as I have spent a large amount of time at the park through out from morning to night for around a couple days straight.
