WHAT IS THE 4TH ENDING
I got underdeveloped, polluted, starved but I cannot figure out what the 4th could be.
My review,
I really love it, I wish I could move the camera around a bit to look at the landscape or be able to play this sim city style where the people try to make do with whatever they get given, maybe you get worshiped and that gives you divine power to make more land. The game is short and sweet and the short part is the part I don't like it's really good and really fun the music the ui and the feedback is on point. Having more intricate tiles and maybe things like adjacency bonuses where each tile has a different outcome. so houses that aren't surrounded by farms starve and they have different appeal values, there really was a lack of effect from placing tiles and you could just whack them anywhere from what I could tell.
Overall a really solid game with a bit more content and a few more features.

Wow! Thanks for taking the time for making a so extensive review!
The 4th ending (The Brighter Future Outcome) is the most difficult one to get (although many would argue that the result is not what one would call "a bright future" :P) . To get it, you must find the perfect balance between industrialisation and nature, while keeping the population well fed. It's not an easy task because the tile deck gives you little margin for error. One of the improvements I have in mind is to give the player some tips on the polluted and starvation outcome, in order to help them to get to the other two more difficult ones.
You can move the Camera, but I totally forgot to mention it in the description or to add something in the game so the people would know!!! To do this you can use the ARROW KEYS (At least I'm going to add it to the description, thanks for pointing this out).
I'm glad that the fact that the game is too short was the thing you didn't like. It gives me hope that the game could be expanded into something more. The proximity effect that you mention came to mind at some point in the development, but I wanted to keep it simple for this prototype (But it would surely improve the game).
I'm really glad that you enjoyed it!
