The reasons why I increased the Energy Cost for "Vital Blessing" is because Blu can easily gain Energy by simply performing normal "Attack" action, and I find "Vital Change" cost is kinda low, and Ryu can gain Energy by taking damage. Making Blu have little to no risk of healing himself.
