How do you free Korg, when i talk to him its just him being stuck in the prison and then it kicks me out
You can talk to him through the corner above his cell, and thus talk to him without Victoria being aware of it. From there you can get past Victoria (Defeat her, encourage her, yadda) and then go find the key to Korg's cell and give it to him.
