Really awesome work for 3.5h! It gets a tad overwhelming pretty quickly but that could be fixed with more time balancing, a really solid entry :)
I noticed that if you type one of the words in your list of words, but there's no ship with that name currently on screen, it doesn't clear the typing field like when you type a wrong word.
