You may have to go to laundry room or hot springs or other place at the right time, or may need to improve Friendship with someone else to push it further.
I have done it actually but i dont see ellen have new dialogue. only have her normal dialogue. Well actually i don't fully upgrade the hotel. I only upgrade for 2nd floor. So i don't have bar and sanctuary.
Do you think this is can be the roadblock?.
